The Atlas Display Light box is the slimmest backlit light box available at only 52mm deep single-sided or 70mm deep double sided. If slimmer light boxes are required then edge-lit light boxes are utilised. To enable even light distribution for back lighting at this depth there is a special screen pattern printed onto the opal diffuser acrylic sheet. This is because at this depth the fluorescent tubes in a light box would normally show through to the front, or ‘band.’ The Atlas slim light box is manufactured from aluminium and has a snap frame at the front to enable easy graphic change. The Atlas light box comes in a standard silver anodised finish and is available in A sizes A3, A2, A1 & A0 and Euro sizes 500 x 700mm & 700 x 1000mm only. These light boxes can only be produced in custom sizes for quantities of 250 plus.

NB. Banding or shadowing can occur in fluorescent tube illuminated backlit light boxes. For best illuminated graphic results in backlit light boxes please avoid large areas of single solid colours in the digital artwork. If you are unsure whether artwork is suitable please contact one of our technicians for advice. For optimum even light distribution please consider ultra slim edge-lit light boxes.
