BOOTS DIGITAL COUNTERS SHINE
An innovative light box system was developed for Boots The Chemists, for trials in Glasgow Fort and London's Sedley Place.
Utilising three A1 Katana light boxes in series to illuminate the punchy graphics displaying the high quality digital and traditional processing services that Boots offer.
Light boxes have proven to catch the customer's eye and it follows that this should make it quicker and easier for the customer to choose the service they require before reaching the counter.
The light box system was tilted at a 10° angle for easy viewing for the customer and was suspended on a specially developed steel cable system.
Format Manager, Lisa Ellis commented, "The light box system looks very modern, is a beacon for the photo department and is really driving customer awareness of the breadth of processing services that Boots offers".
If the trials are successful it is hoped that it could be rolled out to all shops with photo counters to enhance the POS within the stores.
