This is a guide for our standard delivery rates from Kent calculated according to the weight of your order. These rates apply to UK Mainland only (excludes Scottish highlands). The goods are despatched using an overnight courier and/or on a pallet. For deliveries outside of the UK mainland please contact us for a free quote. If your order is deemed unsuitable to be sent out via our standard overnight courier services owing to its size/volume/weight/fragility; a more suitable service and cost will be quoted.

We deliver during office hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm
Please note a specific time cannot be given for courier deliveries.

Can you deliver outside UK?
Yes, not only do we service Kent, the South East and all the UK, but we also despatch to all Europe and worldwide. Please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery Terms
Please do not sign for the delivery before checking thoroughly for any damages that may have occurred in transit. If damage has occurred, the goods should be rejected at point of delivery or signed for as “DAMAGED” and reported to W&CO within 3 working days. If you cannot check the delivery at the time please write “UNCHECKED” next to your signature, but ensure the goods are checked and any damage reported to W&Co within 3 working days of the delivery. Costs for damages cannot be obtained by W&Co from the transport company if the client has signed for the goods; as by doing so the goods are deemed to have been received ‘in good condition.’ W&Co cannot accept any claims for any consequential loss thereafter, no matter how caused, if the client has failed to comply with these conditions.
