LED Light Panel

The LED Light Panel is the ultimate way to illuminate promotional images, by being ultra bright, super thin (only 20mm deep) and with the option to be frameless. Therefore, these display light sheet signs are the perfect solution for larger retail display areas which require brighter ultra slim illuminated displays, without a frame to obscure the graphic. A sheet of pure clear acrylic is edge-lit with ‘high-bright’ LED’s to offer powerful illumination. The light distribution is generated evenly across the acrylic panel owing to an expertly calculated routing pattern which is precision etched onto the surface of the acrylic. A sheet of opal acrylic is placed on top of the clear acrylic to diffuse the light and increase the evenness of light distribution. The clear and opal acrylic panels, the LED strips and transformer are housed into a 20mm deep aluminium back box creating what essentially is our thinnest light box. The backlit graphic can be produced the same way as for any of our other light boxes i.e. an inkjet backlit film print or a Lambda Duratrans print or the opal acrylic panel can be printed onto directly utilising a flat bed printing. The LED light panel can be manufactured in one piece up to a size of 4m x 2m x 20mm. The LED light panel can be produced with a curved face and in custom shapes and sizes upon request.
