Kids universe at Selfidges

Selfridges approached W&Co in 1994 with a major concept to be implemented in their new 'Kids Universe' department. The brief was to completely refurbish the first floor area, approximately the size of four football pitches, in Oxford Street, London. This included a graphic frieze above the display area using their theme of the four elements of earth, wind, fire and water. It involved the printing, finishing and installation of hundreds of graphics. The whole project was completed on time over a nine month period working closely with Selfridges to ensure the minimum of disturbance to the customers.

Being one of the most prestigious department stores in London, Selfridges came to W&Co to produce and supply a stylish display in their Oxford Street window for Cartier. The display consisted of various sized Katana ultra slim light boxes, chosen for their good looks and unique appearance, which contained images of Cartier’s luxury goods and giftware.
