Eden Project TFS Light boxes

Bespoke LED light boxes in a world of their own at the Eden Project

Bespoke LED light boxes were selected by the Eden Project to go on display at the exhibition of ‘Wellcome Image Awards’ which they were hosting. The exhibition features the most eye-catching biomedical and clinical images ranging from the brain’s nerve fibres to digital reconstructed skeletons!

W&Co recommended the LumiTex LED illuminated tension fabric light box with a thin depth of 38mm, due to the nature of the exhibition and the area where the graphics were to be viewed, enabling the images to be displayed as flat to the wall as possible at the same time as being bright and evenly illuminated.

The light boxes were custom made to the client’s specifications to best suit the individual images and maximise the impact to the visitors.

To complement all the LED light boxes at the exhibition, W&Co also printed the highest quality tension fabric graphics to ensure the 2016 winning images were all rich in colour and illuminated beautifully.

The client confirmed they were happy with light boxes at the exhibition with the Marketing Director of the Eden Project, commenting, “The light boxes are up and running [and] have been very well received…thanks again so much for your help.”

W&Co was delighted to have had the opportunity to produce illuminated displays for the most informative, striking and technically excellent images by some of the UK’s most creative scientists, clinicians, photographers and artists.

As well as the individual tension fabric LED Light boxes, W&Co also provided weather resistant LED poster cases which are suitable for promotional posters in any environment – even a Rainforest Biome! They come with a convenient lift open and lockable front cover frame that makes changing the promotional printed graphics, which we also supplied, an easy task for the client.
