Marks & Spencer

M&S Model Large Format Retail Lightboxes

Over 50 large format retail lightboxes and fabric graphics were produced and supplied to one of the UK’s leading retailers, Marks & Spencer. The lightboxes were supplied as part of the marketing campaign for their Autograph clothing range featuring the beautiful fashion model and actress Rosie Huntington-Whitely and big screen and television actor Ryan Reynolds.

The ultra slim double sided light box design was developed with International shop fitting group Vizona who successfully incorporated our 40mm large format retail lightboxes back-to-back to create an impressive bespoke mannequin stand. One side of the 2.7m x 1.2m illuminated displays were fitted with a plain white illuminated stretched fabric to back light and accentuate the mannequin and clothing. On the opposite side of the retail display was an illuminated full colour photographic fabric print with images used from a photo shoot of Rosie and Ryan sporting the Autograph range of clothing.

The bespoke, LED illuminated, tension fabric, large format retail light boxes were successfully manufactured within a very tight time frame in order to coincide with the grand opening of the new M&S store at Westfield Stratford City.

Large Format Retail Lightboxes for M&S Paris

A decade after it shut up shop in France and Europe Marks & Spencer returned to Paris with the opening of a new flagship French store on the world’s most famous avenue, the Champs Elysées.

Following the installations of our large format retail lightboxes at Stratford City and other UK stores, W&Co were extremely pleased to be re-appointed to supply a series of fabric face LED light boxes for both the food court and main shop front windows on the upper floor which created an eye catching display for the unveiling of the new store. The store opening was attended by Marks & Spencer Chief Executive, Marc Bolland who was joined by international supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to officially mark the retailer’s return to France.

A total of six hanging LED light boxes at 1.7m x 1.3m were installed into the upper windows. The profiles used to create these boxes were just 65mm deep and backlit with high performance LED strip lighting to bring the graphics to life. In the food court two frameless LED light boxes were fully recessed into the walls and each was backlit with over 1500 individual LEDs.

Feature LED Light Wall for M&S Bristol

A large feature light wall was produced and installed at M&S Bristol. The 8 metre wide display was recessed into a especially fabricated and reinforced wall. The clear toughened glass fascia was covered in applied vinyl to complement the in-store decor, this was in turn positioned over the top of an opal acrylic diffusing panel. The illumination was generated by wide angle lens LED’s in order to provide bright and even illumination to the face.
