Description
The Sabre slimline vandal proof poster case is an extremely effective promotional display for illuminated outdoor advertising applications. It is probably one of the slimmest outdoor poster cases available on the market that is lockable, waterproof (IP66) and safe (CE certified). The illuminated poster case has the most even light distribution and comes with the usual high build quality that W&Co always offers.
The homogenous light distribution of the graphic is obtained by utilising a sheet of pure clear acrylic, specially developed for lighting applications, it is illuminated around the sides with high bright LEDs offering an even back illumination to the promotional print.
For security the front cover of the vandal proof poster case is lockable utilising grub screws at the bottom which makes the unit as tamper proof as possible. The front cover can be unlocked with an Allen key allowing the cover to pivot open and lifted off in order to access and change the print.
Sabre illuminated light boxes are made for external usage and have achieved a very high IP66 rating; this is made possible as the units have special built-in rubber seals to make them fully waterproof for all weather conditions.
The graphic is held in place with a length of snap frame profile at the top which simply snaps open and closed on the print for quick and easy graphic changes.
The overall depth of the poster case is an ultra thin 44mm deep making it one of the thinnest outdoor media light boxes available. The illuminated poster case is available in standard sizes A2, A1, A0, 20″ x 30″, 30″ x 40″ or can be made in custom sizes up to around A0 poster size for high quantities.

Specification
- Overview: Separate aluminium base profile containing the LEDs and lighting panel and an aluminium front cover profile. To change the poster, unlock the top profiles with hex key provided, swing open and remove the front cover and the poster can be changed via a snap profile. In between the base and front cover profiles there is a rubber seal making the unit waterproof
- Dimensions: A3, A2, A1, A0, 20″ x 30″, 30″ x 40″ and custom sizes for quantities.

- Back Panel: 1mm aluminium sheet, powder coated white on the inside for optimal light reflection
- Lighting panel: 8-10mm clear acrylic sheet, developed for edge lit applications

- Illumination: Illuminated with LEDs, provided with cable and plug.
- IP Rating: IP66 – Waterproof. Totally protected against dust. Protected against strong jets of water – limited ingress permitted.

Advisory Notes:
This product is weather resistant but not waterproof. Due to changes in atmospheric humidity and water vapour in the air, condensation can occur in any poster case or notice board, similar to the inside of a car window, especially when changing the posters. If condensation does occur, simply air out the poster case (when weather is dry) to ensure moisture is evaporated.
Posters should be sealed to prevent prints becoming damaged if they come into contact with moisture or condensation.
When installing this product, ensure you mount to a flat and even surface and take care not to over tighten the fixings as you may distort the back panel and cause damage.
