Our standard Titan outdoor lightbox sign features a 90mm-deep aluminium profile with slim 19mm front beading, providing a neat, traditional appearance without an excessively deep frame.

Manufactured using robust aluminium profiles with a screw-free body design, the lightbox features energy-efficient Oshino LED illumination for bright, effective backlighting. The standard finish is silver anodised aluminium, with alternative RAL colours available on request.

The recommended maximum lightbox height is approximately 900mm, although exceptions may be possible depending on the overall dimensions, construction and installation requirements.

Double-Sided and Deeper Lightbox Profiles

Titan lightboxes are also available double-sided, with a 100mm-deep profile ideal for illuminated projecting signs, allowing your signage to be seen from both directions.

For larger illuminated signs, alternative deeper aluminium profiles are available, including 115mm and 165mm single-sided options. These feature wider front capping and offer additional construction options for larger or more specialised applications.

Custom Sizes, Finishes and Graphics

Titan outdoor lightbox signs are available in standard sizes including A3, A2, A1 and A0, as well as bespoke dimensions to suit individual projects. Larger rectangular signs may also be possible, subject to the selected profile and acrylic panel requirements.

Two illuminated graphic options are available:

• Interchangeable printed graphics: A backlit print is positioned between a 3mm opal acrylic diffuser panel and a 2mm clear acrylic front panel, allowing the printed artwork to be replaced when required.
• Direct-printed or vinyl graphics: A single 5mm opal acrylic diffuser panel can be specified for direct printing or suitable translucent self-adhesive vinyl graphics, making it ideal for longer-term illuminated business signage.

The standard online prices include the silver anodised aluminium lightbox with 3mm opal and 2mm clear acrylic panels. Printed graphics are not included.

The acrylic panels are securely retained within the aluminium frame and can be accessed from the side for graphic changes. Alternative RAL colour finishes are available at additional cost.
