What Are Illuminated Menu Boards?
Illuminated Menu Boards are single-sided, wall-mounted, convex LED light boxes that are ideal for displaying menus in quick service restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets. As a result, they provide clear visibility and strong visual impact in busy serving environments.
They are commonly used in fast food restaurants and coffee shops to present printed menus clearly and consistently above serving counters.
Curved LED Menu Board Design
The LED light box is a traditional menu board style with a curved front that can be butted together. Because of this design, multiple units can sit neatly side by side. Each unit holds a backlit poster using 25mm wide snap frame profiles on each long side. The system sandwiches the poster between an opal acrylic diffuser and an anti-reflective PET front cover, ensuring the poster is evenly backlit with minimal glare from the front.
In addition, the Convex Illuminated Menu Boards come in a durable silver anodised aluminium finish. This makes them a sleek and practical choice for businesses looking to clearly display their menu, message or brand.
Wall Mounted Menu Light Boxes Orientation
Curved wall mounted fast food light boxes are usually displayed in landscape orientation. However, they can also be installed in portrait format. Furthermore, when used in landscape they can be fitted next to one another to use as wide format fast food menu displays. Keyholes in the back panel also allow you to align and mount the lightbox accurately, whether installed in portrait or landscape.
Easy Menu Graphic Changes
The snap frame profiles at the two sides make changing the posters very easy. To begin with, simply open the two sides of the silver metal frame. Next, remove the anti-glare protective front cover and place your graphic inside. Then put the front cover back in position, snap the frame closed and the light box is ready to be turned on. As a result, menu updates can be carried out quickly without specialist tools.
LED Illumination Performance
The illumination uses bright LEDs housed inside the light box. Consequently, the light is homogenously distributed to backlight your poster evenly across the entire display area. Utilising LEDs with low energy consumption, means they are cost effective to run compared to traditional menu light boxes.
