Flex Face Shapes & Letters open up far more design possibilities than conventional Flex Face Signs.

Flex Face systems can be formed into individual letters, logos, circles, curves and other bespoke shapes, allowing the signage to follow your branding, architecture or available space rather than forcing the design into a standard square or rectangle.

Depending on the selected system and design, shaped Flex Face Signs can be supplied illuminated or non-illuminated and can range from individual branded elements to very large commercial signs.

Almost Any Shape Is Possible

One of the biggest advantages of Flex Face construction is its flexibility. Suitable aluminium profiles can be shaped to create far more than conventional straight-sided signs.

Illuminated or Non-Illuminated Shaped Signs

Shaped Flex Face Signs do not have to be illuminated.

Where required, suitable systems can incorporate internal LED illumination, producing bright and even lighting through the printed flex face. This uses the same principles as our Illuminated Flex Face Signs while allowing the frame to follow a bespoke shape, letter or logo.

Large Flex Face Letters & Illuminated Logos

Flex Face construction is particularly useful when letters and logos become too large for conventional sign-making methods to be practical.

Large individual letters, corporate logos and branded symbols can be created as three-dimensional sign forms with a tensioned printed face rather than relying on large rigid panels.

For illuminated applications, LEDs can be housed within the sign structure to illuminate the flexible face from behind.

How Are Shaped Flex Face Signs Made?

Curves and irregular forms can be created by carefully shaping the aluminium sign profile to follow the required design.
