Front-Loading Flex Face Sign

Our Front-Loading Flex Face Signs provide a slimline and flexible solution for illuminated and non-illuminated flex face signage. With a 70mm-deep frame and a zero-clearance design, the system is particularly suited to locations where access and available space are restricted.

The Front Loader is designed to be fixed directly to the wall, making it suitable for challenging installations including recesses and high-street facades. Where the sign is installed within a recess, the cover screw can be positioned at the front, providing access from the face of the sign rather than requiring side access.

Slim 70mm Flex Face Sign System

At just 70mm deep, the Front Loader offers a shallow-profile alternative to conventional flex face sign systems.

Its zero-clearance design provides greater flexibility when installing signage in locations where there is limited space around the sign or where the sign needs to fit neatly into a recess.

The system can be supplied as a kit or, when illuminated, as built sections.

Illuminated or Non-Illuminated

The Front Loader can be supplied as either illuminated or non-illuminated, allowing the system to be specified according to the requirements of your project.

For illuminated signs, the supplier can provide the system as built sections, helping to accommodate the requirements of larger bespoke installations.

Suitable for Recesses and Difficult Locations

One of the key benefits of the Front Loader is its zero-clearance design.

Where the sign is installed within a recess, the cover screw is positioned at the front of the frame. For conventional wall-mounted installations, the cover screw can be positioned at the side.

Support for Larger Signs

For larger applications, the supplier recommends using additional Support Pieces to provide greater stability.

Support Pieces should be positioned at intervals of no more than 1000mm apart.

This provides additional support while allowing the Front Loader system to be used for larger-format flex face signage.

Bespoke Flex Face Signage

As with our other flex face sign systems, Front-Loading Flex Face Signs can be manufactured to suit the requirements of the individual project.

The flexible face provides a continuous area for your graphics and branding, while the frame can be powder coated in a standard RAL colour to complement the surrounding installation.

Available system lengths include 5100mm and 6100mm.
